About this home
Four level townhouse in Cedar Creek Townhouse complex. 3 bedrooms plus a finished basement. Quiet and convenient location off West Side Rd. Main level features living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and 1/2 bath.
Living room features gas fireplace, wall mounted flat screen featuring full cable and DVD player. Eat-in area includes a drop leaf table that seats 8.
Fully stocked kitchen with all the amenities of home. Lower level features pull out queen sleep sofa, ping pong table, magnetic dart board, gas stove, smart TV, DVD player, full washer and dryer, and closet full of games and activities! Upstairs features two full bedrooms, each with a queen bed (one of which also includes a crib) and one full bathroom.
Top floor loft includes 2 twin beds and a great play area with plenty of toys for the kids. We have plenty of baby supplies too, including a high chair, strollers, a baby hiking backpack and more, feel free to message me for more details. AC units in all 3 bedrooms.
The condo community includes a brand new tennis & pickleball court, a heated outdoor pool and hiking and mountain biking trails! Very convenient to Cranmore and Attitash Mountains, Storyland, Echo Lake, Diana's Baths, Saco River, and downtown N. Conway Village. A 5 minute drive to the Settlers Green Shopping Outlets. Around the corner is Hales Location Golf course & the beautiful Ledges Restaurant.

Family fun and convenience!
We loved our stay here. We make an annual family trip to North Conway and this was our first time staying at this condo. It was very clean. The layout was great for our family. We loved the convenience of having a full crib for our baby and twin beds (and a whole lot of toys!) upstairs for our other two kids. The condo had all of the amenities we could ever need. Very close to all the activities we wanted to do in the North Conway area. Would definitely recommend! :)

Great Stay!
Thank you Mike! Your property was perfect for our 2 families! The condo is cozy, had everything we needed! Kids had fun playing ping pong in the basement and us adults enjoyed the Bluetooth speaker in the living room!

Cozy and comfortable
We rented this condo for a weekend so that our two families could do the Journey to the North Pole with kids ages 1, 3, 4 and 5. The condo was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Best of all, it had everything we possibly could have needed for our children from crib to toys, even sound machines in every room. The gas fireplace and Christmas tree made the place a true home away from home. I highly recommend this property!

Weekend getaway at the Fryeburg fair

Family fun
This was a great property, it had everything we needed and more. Games, ping pong, kids play room, plenty of space for us and close to everything we wanted! It was a nice and quiet neighborhood we had the pool to ourselves every night. We went up to go to Storyland, but were close to the center of North Conway and played at the park and splashpad. Mike was great about communicating about the property and letting us know about everything available, including the pool and very detailed instructions! The house has every appliance and items left behind from former renters we didn't need to buy a thing. We loved the setup because the kids could be upstairs while we watched TV downstairs without making too much noise. The backyard is secluded enough to have a picnic and just relax at night. This price is incredible for the value of space and amenities. We will definitely be looking to stay here again our next trip up.

Perfect family getaway
Being our first vacation as a family, we couldn't have been more pleased with our choice to book this condo. We have two daughters ( 7 and 5), and a son (1.5). This rental covered all our bases. It had a crib and high chair for the little guy as well as a great loft bedroom that kept our daughters more than entertained during our down time. This place has multiple spaces that really make this condo feel larger and allow a family to spend time playing games together or retreat to their own place for a little down time. My wife and I could easily see ourselves renting this place as a getaway for just the two of us, as well as returning with our family. The location was great. A short drive to downtown North Conway Village for shopping and dining options galore, as well as all the amazing hiking and other outdoor activities. As far as the owner goes, Mike was great. He was friendly and willing to help us with whatever we needed. Quick to respond to any and all texts with answers to all of our questions and even some suggestions on how to take advantage of all the condo and the area had to offer.
