Hotel and rooms was not good as compared to charges paid.
Hotel location is not suitable for family stay. Also parking facility was not visible while reaching hotel, I had to pay 200 for parking near Hotel.

Amenities not as mentioned. Car parking is the biggest problem, need to pay and park on the road @ 30 Rs per hr during stay at our own risk.

Staff behaved rudely. Even after confirmation on call that no extra amount will be charged on reaching hotel before IN time, he argued on Rs200 extra/ room to be paid for the same.

Very close to bus station so great for onward travel. Hotel slightly overpriced but served a purpose. On arrival, were told there were no rooms, once we explained we had already paid online, room was made available. Staff could do with hospitality coaching.
