Great stay!
Great place good brekky nice beach a little rocky in areas and many sea shells but really enjoyable! 5 star Then... Not the property’s fault but I’d suggest to rent a scooter elsewhere as the service lady beside the reception who rents them was not helpful nor spoke English nor cared that I was using a translating app to aid her in our questions and we first got a bike that wouldn’t start then another bike came completely empty on fuel and they could care less. Just be warned about the bikes they have.. there’s 2 only haha

Best stay we had out of 5 cities in Thailand
We stayed in 5 different cities in Thailand and this was by far the best place we stayed. We could not believe the amount of thought they placed into making this place. We constantly would say how they thought of all the little details. The room was spacious, clean and convenient. We stepped out and the pool was right there. The beach, restaurant, and beach-side massage area was within a 5 minute walk from our spot. The room had great wifi and the TV was equipped with netflix so it was nice to have an option like that when most other places only have Thai channels. The A/C worked great and we had a fridge and complimentary water. The room provided beach basket, beach towels, umbrellas, flash lights, and a safety deposit box. The bathroom was great with hot water and all the amenities provided including bathroom slippers and robes. The infinity pool was clean and had various options to sit by the pool or sit in the pool chairs. The reception was great as we were greeted with a cold towel and some refreshing butterfly pea tea water. They even set up a taxi to come pick us up from the lobby and the next morning a member of their staff came to pick up our luggage and place it in the taxi without us asking. Great place, great service and great overall stay!

Clean, well taken care of, relaxing, location was fantastic for what we wanted (right on a swimmable pretty beach, quiet, yet walkable to other restaurants and accessible to 7-eleven etc..), food at hotel restaurant was delicious for lunch and dinner (breakfast on the other hand was very basic and could use some improvement) Front desk staff’s English could be better. Fyi, A reference is made in the room to the hotel gift shop but it turns out there is no hotel gift shop. One huge negative is Friday night. If you stay in the family rooms, on Friday night the noise behind you is unbearable as there is a very loud bar back there- blaring music and loud patrons. Our whole family slept terribly that night, which of course affected our next day. Brought this up to the hotel staff but all they said was sorry and that it wouldn’t happen the next night. Overall a great place to stay but I would not stay there on a Friday night if you are in the family villas.
