Good service, nice room design

The room is small and stinks coming from the bathroom drainage. We requested to move to another room the next day but no vacancy. Also there’s a window but no view, It was blocked by a high concrete from another building.we are in 5th floors and stayed for 2 nights.

Henia Hotel has a convenient location making it easy for a tourist to walk around the area - visit the Public market for some Sikwate and Budbud and the Boulevard for the tempura and good eats like Sansrival. Its central and easy to get to. Rooms are also quite modern, Wi Fi was okay. The staff are friendly enough and they try to extend assistance when they can - however, it seems theres internal communication issues as I requested for breakfast to be packed as I had an early tour but this was not communicated despite the SMS and instructions provided to 2 different front office personnel. Staff apologized and bought food to make up for the lapse so everything was fine. Do take note that when you pack your food, Php 30 would be charged. Breakfast starts at 630AM and most tours have an early start and provide food so maybe availing room with breakfast may not be necessary. Another thing to take note is that walls are quote thin and you can hear people passing by, making conversation etc. So of you are a light sleeper, pack some ear plugs.

I could not find anything to fault at this hotel. Value for money, that is for sure.Nice, clean, friendly staff , everything I asked for, they were there for me to help out

The hotel Is situated near the market, airport, port, restaurants. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The service is excellent, the only set back is the internet, it was a bit slow. Overall its amazing. I would recommend it to my friends.

Lovely hotel, super clean, good location less than 10 mins walk from the harbour and 1 minute walk from a supermarket. The facilities were excellent. Great value for money and the staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Common breakfast. Not to much to chose from but it was alright. As a european I would like some more bread and cold cuts. Or sunny side eggs with bacon. Rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. Bathroom also good. Aircon might need to be checked because I didnt seem to manage to adjust it. Felt to cold. Both rooms I had 509 and 507. Location in Dumaguete is good, hotel is new and clean. Overall I enjoyed it and would stay there again. Staff is friendly and helpful. If you can: Make it possible for smokers to access rooftop. I got a ticket from police just outside of hotel.
