8/10 Very good

A very nice hotel, good central location in Skagen, short walking distance to several restaurants, the main street and the Skagen museum. Dog-friendly: Dogs were not allowed in the breakfast room, but we could sit in the bar just outside. Good and free parking facilities on the premises. We were upgraded to a three-room suite in a side building, very nice. No sea view in spite of the location by the harbour, warehouses in the way. Quiet at night, there was very little traffic on the small road in front of the hotel. OK breakfast but no cooked food.

Nice, quiet place with spacious rooms and discount on their restaurant in town.

Very charming property. We wished we could stay longer. Breakfast was a celiac's dream with plenty of delicious gluten-free options. The owners run several gluten-free bakeries in town--much to our surprise, we were served fresh, gluten-free rolls and cinnamon buns. They also had dairy-free milks and some dairy-free, gluten-free, nut-free cold cereal. I've never seen a better breakfast for those with food allergies.

The front desk staff the kitchen staff, and the breakfast were amazing. The room was nice, but there were little things like charging us to make coffee in the room that took away something that left me not even a five star review overall it was a very good stay, but I think tiny things like that or having a little Shelf by the bed to put your glasses or a cup of water or a book would’ve been great too little tiny things but overall they’re very very nice staff

Wonder stop in a charming town

We had a wonderful stay! We only stayed for one night, but it couldn’t have been better. We had two rooms and both were clean and well appointed. The staff was so kind and accommodating. Even after we checked out, hours later we came back and they brought coffee and cookies! Such a charming place and atmosphere. We can’t wait to come back when have more time.

Noisy but nice

Lovely hotel with great, super clean rooms. The issue is the noise levels from the seagulls make it nearly impossible to sleep. No fault of the hotel but better insulation and noise cancelling machines would help. Bikes for rent were nice. Good breakfast.
