Front desk lady was rude upon arrival. Then, assigned us a handicap room. When I told her we didn’t reserve a handicap room, she said it’s bc you booked thru Expedia. I said I didn’t I booked thru hotels.com she said same thing. We’re sold out sorry. Happens all the time. Nothing I can do.

When I checked in on Tuesday February 9,2021Stephanie at the front desk was not friendly at ALL. She was to busy watching her cell phone. On Wednesday February 10,2021 I met the morning front desk person, Mr. Martin Allen who DESERVES a 100% across the board for his OUTSTANDING customer service. Mr. Allen even went out of his way to help me scrape the ice off my car window before checking out of the hotel. Mr. Allen Martin should be the person to TRAIN the other front desk person Stephanie on how to Greet and be attentive to the customers. Mr. Martin Allen thank you for all of your help.

I believe it's rather new hotel. I found the accommodations quite nice. There was no pool. Which at this time of year was no big deal since it was 25 degrees outside. But if I were to come back and stay I would definitely want to pool. Mostly cuz I'm from Florida. I'd like to see a little bigger breakfast selection. But really enjoyed my stay!

Very clean room and bathroom. It is a compact space. Felt tight for a family of 4. The shade was hard to open. I like the spartan way of it, no plastic cups given and instead of soap, liquid soap dispenser, reducing wastes. However, having no microwave or coffeemaker was unexpected... it was a big turnoff. The front desk persons were ok but not very pleasant.
