    Unfortunately there was no address on Expedia. They told me to ring the number given. This happened to be an Italian number and all the locals told us it was not possible. Thus we could not find the place on the first night.It was by luck that another helpful casa owner in the same street found the accomodation by asking around. Once found it was fine. We had an internal room so it was blissfully quiet. Very central in the old town and pleasant roof terraces to relax. Clean and staff friendly.

    Vorsicht Abzocke!!!!

    Vorsicht Abzocke! Diese Vermieter werben mit einer schönen Casa in gutem Zustand und verteilen dann die Gäste auf andere Casas in schlechtem Zustand. Nach einer unfreundlichen Begrüßung wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass das Zimmer noch geputzt wird. Nach 1 h wurde ich ohne eine Erklärung in ein anderes Haus ca. 300m entfernt gebracht. Das Zimmer dort war in keinster Weise mit dem von mir gebuchten vergleichbar. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass das Zimmer doch auch im Zentrum wäre. Wie ich mitbekommen habe nehmen die Vermieter der Casa Villegas alle Gäste an, kassieren 49,-€ pro Nacht verteilen die Gäste auf andere casas und geben den anderen Besitzern dann 20-30 CUC. Das ist für mich Betrug !!

    Bon accueil, belle destination!

    Le lieu était facile à trouver (numero 10 rue Villegas) mais l’appartement était un peu plus loin. C’est Maria qui nous y a guidé. Elle parlait seulement espagnol mais était extrêmement accueillante donc nous nous sommes compris à l’aide petit mot et de non verbal. Nous étions dans une chambre très propre au coeur de la vieille ville et près de deux bons restaurants. L’expérience a été parfaite.
