Nice,clean and close to 2 subway stations (the Kitahama and Yodoyabashi) There are 7 eleven,Family mart and other restaurants nearby Definitely recommend this hotel!

It’s a decent hotel. If you just need a place to stay for a couple of days while you’re here for work or travel, it’s perfect. From an American standard, the place is quite small. You open the door and it’s the bathroom to the left and a bed in front of you. Almost no room to even open your luggage. Worst part was that the shower curtain is clothy material with tiny holes in it. So when you get out of the shower, the whole bathroom floor is drenched. Makes no sense to me. Every day I had to get extra towels to wipe the floor.

The place of the property was not great. It was a quiet neighbourhood. Hotel and the staff was good but the room was a bit small. There was only the door opening entrance space to open the luggage. Amenities were good. Google map brings you from a far train exit. There was a nearer option to go namba and return from namba station. Visitors could be careful about that.

The hotel was great, breakfast was good. But the rooms are really cramped. The location is a bit far from the city and tourist attractions, so be prepared to use the metro a bit and walk for around 5-10 minutes.

Great property. Located two blocks from Kitahama's Station exit 6. Helpful staff. Could not get Air Conditioning to work. Perhsps it was me. Highly recommend hotel.
