Life threatening storm - but no refund. UNFAIR
Historic storm made it impossible for us to get to the property for 2 days. Drove 6 extra hours, got caught in a blizzard. Called them daily to explain, finally had to cancel attempts to get there. THEY REFUSED TO REFUND. We would have rescheduled for our next time there but not now.

I really don't want to write a bad review. The manager was so nice on the phone and tried her best to resolve the situation. The problem was that our room was adjacent to the cleaning room. The Pine Sol smell was very strong and did not dissipate the entire night we were there. It gave me a headache. In fairness, this was a 3 bedroom, but I felt we paid too much because of this. I did appreciate having privacy for everyone in our group.
