THIS HOTEL STAY IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! Extremely disappointing and overpriced. The tv did not work and had to make numerous calls to reception to have someone come to fix this. The bathroom wasnt clean with remnants still in toilet!!! Nothing in the minibar despite advertising complimentary minibar. And NO HOT WATER!!! Then despite two day stay our room did not get serviced at all. I have never given a bad review to a hotel - ever. But this was SO BAD I felt the need to provide other tourists contemplating staying at this hotel which is now The Cumberland hotel, fair warning.
