go elsewhere
Noisy, small, no air flow, ridiculous “regulations” not listed in the listing. Photos not representative of the actual rooms. Required to turn in/check out key each time in and out. Guests are required to be added to the agreement even if just stopping by while you finish getting ready to go out to dinner. Absolutely insanity. Definitely won’t return.

I wouldn't stay here again
Upon arrival, after a flight that landed at 5 am, the hotel staff agreed to store our luggage until check in. But when I asked if I could use the restroom, the answer was no. After I continued to ask (about 4 more times) the staff agreed to let me use the restroom located in the restaurant upstairs. That was strike 1. next after a long day of sightseeing, I returned to the hotel to relax. The internet connection in my room was not working and therefore I could not watch television. (The hotel does not provide basic tv service, you have to log into your personal netflix or hulu account) When I called the front desk, I was told "No one else has complained" and that I should "try to re-enter my netflix password." I explained the internet connection was not working, so the issue is not my netflix password. No one had an answer, so I just gave up. strike two Room 103- john coltrane room, has no ventilation. no windows (except for the window that opens out to the public hotel seating area) The room was always hot and stuffy. At one point, I left the front door open to get air circulation. Which means, all guests and staff walking pass the room could see into my room. strike 3 I wouldn't recommend this hotel based off of my experience.

2nd time here
Everything was amazing including the breakfast however no air conditioning so be careful if you're not use to sleeping without it. For me, the service and breakfast make it worth it!

The first room they gave us was TINY. I asked for a larger one and they were completely gracious and accommodating. The breakfast that is included is fantastic!

Would Not Recommend
Poor service, too many rules not disclosed in this app until you arrive to check-in, cant bring own drinks of food inside your room. They take away your key everytime you step of of the hotel, very poor wifi service, no a/c, very good neighborhood, should be half the price. Oh yeah, not one window and tiny tiny room. Over paid for this room and service.

Cute spot in a GREAT location!
Had a lovely stay for a weekend, in one of the best areas of Mexico City! The service was great, and the entire hotel is decorated with jazz icons. Heads up- there was no AC, which most of the year is not an issue (most homes in Mexico City don’t have AC). It was a cute stay just steps away from two great parks, tons of great restaurants in Condesa and Roma, and near many of the great museums.

Recormnded with caution due to room size
Will recomend this hotel just make sure to read the reviews. There is only one thing we can complain about the hotel and is the size, too small. For one person will be ok for for a couple, specially if one of you is tall or big it might be a little bit uncomfortable however it is not so bad that it will stop me from staying here again since everything else was perfect. The service is one of the best, including the excellent services provided provided at their restaurant. You have to try their breakfast !! The room hotel was clean and the area was perfect and sorunded by many restaurants and bars.

Stylish hotel in cool neighborhood
Very nice boutique hotel. Excellent decor and breakfast. The only downside was that the room was really small.

Great hotel but could improve on a few things...
Very cute décor, clean rooms & great area with lots of good places to walk to. Block away from our new fav wine spot Vinopremier! Luv the sweetest little kitty that luvs to snuggle that lives here. Restaurant & bar are great, Free breakfast 8-11 & 1 Free drink 6-8. Really my only issue w/ the hotel is that the walls are VERY thin & interior rooms have no ventilation. They should at least have fans to get some air circulation. We stayed in 2 different rooms during our stay & our sister in another & none were really quiet. Near the lobby u can hear people coming in & out, by the restaurant u can hear them until 12pm & right at 7am, & by the street u can hear the outside noise. Only good thing about street facing room is its MUCH cooler b/c air comes in. Also, Hotels.com said they have Cable TV&AC,& I also paid about $10 extra a night for a"city view". When we checked in we got a small interior room w/NO TV or AC. Tried to argue but they said it was probably an error on Hotels.com & there was no city view room, room price is based on size of the bed. Next day we asked to switch because of the noise & the room we got DID have a city view & TV, but no cable. But u could hookup Netflix & Spotify. Hotel is new so I’ll give it a pass because it seems like they still need to figure out a few kinks. The biggest issue for me was the noise, it was just really hard to sleep. If they could figure out how to improve that & put some fans in the room the hotel would be great!
