Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the hotel was stunning. We ate breakfast and dinner there, and the meals were outstanding!

The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The room was really clean and modern. Good size bathroom/shower. I loved the public bath for guests use. So relaxing after a day of walking. the location in ginza was perfect. Was not too noisy but still convenient. Close to Tsukiji outer market, opera house, shopping subway stations and good food. Will definitely be back!

Good
Ginza location; but with some downside
Well located in Ginza. However rooms were small with extra firm beds and pillows - uncomfortable. Onsen was good but we found could get crowded with children. Overall, we would recommend other accommodation in proximity; hotel is better suited for business type rather than vacation traveller. We were also overcharged - which was a first ever for us.

Rooms are clean and staff are friendly. Nice layout in the room. A bit small but comfortable for two.

Location was pretty convenient. Close to Ginza but still needed to take a taxi to and from Tokyo station with our luggage. They were nice and allowed us to check in an hour early so that was a plus. Check in was easy. The rooms were tiny (and tiny compared to other rooms we’ve stayed throughout Japan). Would benefit from more hooks or somewhere to hang clothes (had to hang on top of the TV). The onset/bath was a major plus. Loved that. Breakfast was a little basic, there is some room for improvement. Overall not bad for our last night stay in Tokyo!

The self check in was easy via a computer at the desk, location really good in Ginza which is like Oxford or Bond Street on steroids. It’s also a 10min walk from the station. Staff were good when needed and responded straight away, room was nice and fairly large for Tokyo/Japan. Overall I’d go back there when in Tokyo.

The room is very newly renovated n modern, though it's very small that even the luggage is hard to place when open. The English of the staffs are quite good, but not much smile.

budget hotel in decent location
a solo in a double room. cant imagine sharing the room as there wasnt much space to open luggage etc. tablet and phone good for translations on how to operate things in the room. bed firm. automated check in not efficient, the staff needed to help most of us during checkin which defeated the purpose. at checkout, it kept saying my card was invalid.

I liked the amenities on the 2nd floor. Self-serve laundry, vending and ice machines, and public bath. Room was modern, and a nice lobby bar.
