Excellent overall for the price: nice place, well staffed, super friendly, really good breakfasts. The location is pretty good too. There are lots of good places to go within walking distance. The only negative for me, in the context of everything that was quite good considering the very reasonable price, is that the room I had was not well ventilated. The air conditioner was fine, but the window was bolted shut (7th floor) and there was no other ventilation in the room, so the air did get pretty stale. I'd stay there again without thinking twice about it though.

The rooms has dead person smell in them all carpets need to be replaced with tile, windows should not be welded shut , they need be in working condition to air out the dead body smell, the housekeeper needs to actually clean the room not just put water in the rooms, the staff should at least speak some English, the gym should be in the hotel not down the street around the corner

The property is ok. I think the management should look into the convenience of guests upon check-in. I've assisted my sister and brother in law during their check-in and it took 2 hours. It's good that their lobby and restaurant is spacious and cool.
