Pleasant and Value for Money Hotel.
Hotel is clean and within walking distance to Komtar Bus Station. Very convenient location. Bottled water provided for all days that we stayed there. Pleasant stay.

They are using Non Halal cutlery for breakfast
Customer service at front counter can be improves, since they are non muslim, so they failed to answer my question about status of the cutlery set using in the Japanese restaurant as they also serve non Halal food after breakfast time. Restaurant need to be 100% Halal if you want to attract Muslim tourist.
