The entire hotel had a strong smell of mold and mildew. My allergies were terrible the entire trip because of this. Front desk clerks were polite and friendly but the hotel itself was a disappointment.

Location was great, Billy pool bartender was Great. Pool was dirty, chairs in poor condition. Hot tub water was murky. Paid for the Grand Islander but because of covid we were moved to The Islander. Was told by a worker that Islander was less money when asked the Manager was told no same price. Very disappointed.

    Mediocre hotel.

Shower curtain looked moldy. Toilet paper roll was damp. Lighting in the bathroom & the room was dim. Nasty fluorescent lights. Air conditioner sides kept falling off. Couldn’t get the tv to work properly then realized the batteries in the remote were practically dead. The room and the hallway smelled musty. Lock appeared to be missing on the door from the inside (some holes showing where it was probably taken off). Says this hotel has a pool but it’s a swim up bar and the water looked disgusting!

We booked this hotel because it was in the heart of all the action and from the outside and pictures on line it seemed fine. Yikes! Not so much. From the minute we walked through the door it STUNK!!! Reception area smelled as well as the rooms!!! I mean hit you in the face smell!!! Rooms were dirty and dated. Towels look like the ones I dry the car off with.Staff was awful. Ice machine was broke for our 4 day stay. Never again, I don't have one nice thing to say.

Very nice hotel, the staff was very friendly

It was great, it's definitely a party town but by far the best hotel on the strip. We played cards with the bartenders during the day since it was a weekday and they were not to busy. The hotel clerk was very personable spoke with us about what it's like to live on island. The food and drinks are pricey but very good food. Will definitely be going back
