Must stay!
Amazing hotel! Extremely clean, staff was fantastic, the hotel itself is very cool and well appointed. The rooms are a bit smaller than your typical Holiday Inn type hotel but very nice. My only complaint is the bed frame. They are 4 post bed frames and it can make for obstructed sight lines for the TV and meant we had to crawl over the bed to easily reach the thermostat. But that was a very minor issue. It was easy to get to with plenty of parking. Parking is $10 per night but that is pretty cheap. We did not get to take advantage of the bar area or rooftop given the current circumstances but we will come back and check it out once this is all behind us.

s long as all you want to do is sleep
The hotel was beautiful, the lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful....however, I would have never paid as much as I did for a room here if I would have known that ALL of their restaurants, bars and the roof top terrace were closed. I paid what I did to have the safety and convenience of being able to stay at the hotel for food and beverages and instead had to find those things elsewhere.

Above and Beyond!
I stayed at the Crossroads Hotel for my wedding night. I called the hotel the day-of to see if they did anything special for newly weds. They upgraded our room for free and had a bottle of champagne waiting for us. In addition, the room was stunning. All of the amenities I'd want in my personal home. It was one of the best hotel experiences I've had!

BEST customer service experience EVER!
Hands down the BEST customer service experience I’ve ever had! The ladies at the front desk went ABOVE and beyond to make my boyfriends birthday the best experience! I was super stressed upon arrival and they were so sweet and helped melt the nervousness away! The room was phenomenal and the decor all over the hotel is interesting and engaging! Can’t wait to check out the rooftop in April!

Above average
The rooms were quite bare in terms of accessories. No pen/writing pad. no coffee/tea maker in the rooms, which I find bizarre for a hotel. Asking for a bottle of water is classified as room service and there is a $6 charge to deliver a $5 bottle of water. The hotel looks nice, is clean and the rooms are well lighted.

Wonderful Hotel
This a great hotel and the staff are as good as it gets when it comes to customer service, the rooms are beautifully decorated with amazing attention to detail to furnishings, personally i found the mattress to be very soft and as a bad back sufferer was not good for my condition, but this is not a complaint simply my personal preference, I would definitely recommend this hotel it’s a class act all round.
