My stay was very nice!! The workers were super nice and great! Will for sure recommend family and friends to stay. I went on this vacation to get out for a bit due to being into the military and I was highly impressed.

Avoid this hotel!
Sadly, the hotel reeked of marijuana. We were told our room could be cleaned by one employee when we checked in, and the next day a different employee told us the rooms would not be cleaned due to the pandemic. No coffee pods replaced, no new coffee cups. Had to request new towels and left garbage outside the door, which I saw all over the hotel. Up several times at night due to loud street noise and noise from adjacent rooms. But the worst experience was being screamed at and threatened by a guest in the adjacent room after loud partying there all night. The front desk staff should have called the police and removed them. Switched to a different hotel the next day. Requested to speak to manager, and one week later and still no contact from management. I will never stay there again.

High class stay
This hotel was such a luxurious retreat at the end of each day. The room was spacious, the bed was super comfortable and the water pressure was insane. Only set back is parking can be difficult if you don’t want to valet. You’ll find a spot eventually but have to walk a ways in the summer heat carrying bags

Nice, quiet place. Seemed a safe area, within walking distance to restaurants and near to freeway. The bar and restaurant in the hotel are closed...I guess because of the virus...the room was clean, great shower, comfy bed. My only minor complaint was no hair dryer in the room and when I called front desk they said housekeeping had them locked up. No creamer or sugar for coffee. The air conditioning didn’t work very well in our room, we had it set at 69 and it wasn’t hot outside. Valet parking, or very limited street parking, we did valet.

Not for familys, last minute trips, or on a budget
So over all it was ok. We were there because our son was having surgery at children's mercy. I requested early check in and was told it wouldn't be an issue but to call that morning. When i called i was told 2-2:30. Normal check in is 3. We had a tela doc appointment at 1:30 that's why i wanted to check in early at the 1:00 check in. The guy when i went to check in was RUDE really borderline A-hole. My aunt booked online because she was paying for it because it was a last minute surgery. He demands a credit card he can charge 50 to right then i said i have one but you will not be able to charge it till this evening. I was told to leave and check in when they could charge it. So i call my aunt about 4 she called and got another guy who was supper nice. He let her pay for our parking over the phone and authoriz her card. The room was ok ish lots of noticeable damage that had been half fixed. Shower was AMAZING! They ran over a spring with my car when they parked it and we had to take a taxi to the hospital the next morning then replace a tire before we could go home. No cribs for our 4 month old. Only 3 towles. Over all not helpful or friendly. I probably will not stay there again.

Hotel was nice, in a great location. Front Desk team member Shawn was excellent! He helped us find parking and was very friendly! Because it’s an older building it was loud when it rained but that is to be expected. Hotel was very clean, our room was very nice and spacious.

The checkin was very quick with the friendly Shawn The only thing was that the cupboard next to the bed was not cleaned very well. The overall Impression is very good
