You could not ask for anything more: convenient but quiet location, spacious room (Japanese standard), reasonable rates. I would highly recommend to my friends and anyone staying in Shinsaibashi area.

Hotel that doesn't meet the basics
This hotel doesn't provide basic amenities such as mineral water bottles and even room-to-room calling is not available. Water heater takes some time to heat up and gets extremely hot with difficulty in adjusting the temperature for both the rooms that I booked. Check-in time is late at 4pm and check-out time is really early at 10am. Room was cramp as well. There was one reception staff that had really bad attitude and was not keen to offer any help such as booking of taxis when required. This is unexpected coming from a hotel in Japan where I had experienced really good service and amenities elsewhere at other hotels. Saving grace for this hotel was the decent cleanliness of the rooms. Suggest to skip this hotel.
