lodge Denied booking and receiving payment.
We tried to book in to Gerties lodge but were told that they did not deal with Expedia dispute showing our booking confirmation and payment. The owner would not speak to me, nor would she provide me with her cell no or name. the staff claimed that they did not use Expedia. we had to pay to book into another lodge, for two nights losing a day as we could only be accommodated for two nights and stay in other lodge for the third night. We were very lucky to find accommodation as Victoria falls was booked up . I will be looking to Expedia to refund my payment to gerties lodge. Please could you remove gerties from your website as the lodge told us this has happened to other people. I use Expedia regularly and this has never happened to me before. I trust that this will be sorted and that I will be refunded.
