Gone Downhill since last visit
The room was not checked , the TV remote batteries where missing and the soap on the bath and shower was emptied and had not been refilled The bar stopped food service well before 10pm and there was no coffee available and did not have there own brand Pedigree again Room was clean and no complaints for the Carvery and other food we ordered was fresh , hot and tasty Staff where pleasant , not sure if we would be trying an alternative for our next visit

Very efficient and friendly staff at check in our room was very comfortable and clean the only issue we had was that housekeeping were very loud in the corridor and tried to come clean our room an hour before we checked out!

Accommodation was adequate for our business trip. Service at restaurant was poor waiting over 45 minutes just to get chips and garlic bread and it wasn’t particularly busy. However would stay again due to convenience for us for work.

Llanelli, Marston Inn 2021
Our stay was overall good; we enjoyed our time at this hotel, this hotel is pleasing as it looks nice and ticks most boxes for a three star. The location of the hotel was excellent due to the many shops close by and the retail areas. Our first night for dinner only carvery was being served; this was disappointing as the food was not adequate. The children’s menu was available which was nice. We found the hotel clean although I recommend more attention should be paid to the room corners.

Broken curtain rail was being repaired after I checked in. Window lock broken, had to wedge a coat hanger to keep window closed, TV had about 5 channels. £95 for a night without breakfast ? Pretty poor.
