Great stay
Loved the little touches of Tunnocks teacakes and haggis crisps in the room and sweeties on the bed. Good selection of tea and coffee but I would suggest in future please provide more milk sachets. A lot of hotels are prone to this but it's not enough for 2 people. Bed was very comfortable and I liked the colour scheme. There was however a couple of marks on the yellow bed runner, on the underside and we found a bit of make up on the wall by the mirror. So it seems as though it wasn't thoroughly checked. The shower was great and I like that they use a local soap company in the bathroom. It was really nice smelling. I would stay here again because the location is perfect for eating out and getting a view of the Loch. I would say it's a little overpriced as it was just a bit like a Premier Inn in different colours. Overall, we did have good stay though and staff seemed helpful!

Cozy--almost too cozy.
The room was the " cell" and it was tiny. Very fluffy bedding and cute but really almost too small. Showers were own the hall was was fine but annoying that they were not closer.

Nice but not best option for more than one night
Negatives:Room has little or no space for clothes or nik-nacs. Towels are refreshed everyday because there is no adequate rail to place them once used. Positives:Staff are really pleasant and helpful, endless supply of coffee from the machine, room snacks are fab. Would I stay here again : I would check out other options first

Lovely but not a comfy bed
Hotel was lovely with friendly staff. Room was immaculate and I loved the shabby chic furniture but the bed was brick hard, not comfortable at all and I hardly slept. Such a shame as the room was lovely, I also thought it was very expensive for what it was.

Hotel was in a great location. Staff knew nothing about tourist attractions and what people can do to enjoy the area. Felt like I wasted a day trying to figure out.
