Location is perfect right in the middle of the attractions of Blackpool and next to the beach. Room was perfect, big bed, big tv and really clean. Value for money. Will go back there again.

4 night stay in early august 2018
Very helpful and friendly people running hotel. I was there 3 nights while I watched golf at lytham during the day. Offered packed breakfast if i wanted early start and bar was open late for a drink on my return. Room was good size with tv and usual facilities including a fan. In a road with many small hotels which like this one had seats outside which made for good social atmosphere but it was never noisy. Easy access to blackpool attractions and only 50 yards to beach front

This B&B was just off the main beachfront road. We arrived early and was lucky enough to be able to park on the street just outside the front. The host informed us that the room was ready and that we were welcome to drop off our things, which was another bonus as we wanted to get to the Waterpark asap. We only stayed one night, as we were touring around the country. we walked along the beachfront in the evening and enjoyed a meal out and had our own key to let us in. Our family room consisted of two bedrooms and a shower room, which suited our needs perfectly. We enjoyed a tasty full English brekkie and sincere hospitality, to set us up for the drive to Scotland. Due to the nature of Blackpool the building are old and a bit tired, but if you look past the deco you will find a warm welcome in Blackpool.
