To stay near the dam and Lapa was amazing. It was so quiet, only bird songs could be heard. Litte ducks on dam, guinea fowls sleeping in tree in front of back verandah, next to small river with small white wooden bridges going over it. Room was really clean, comfortable, aircon, TV and WiFi, with big fridge and everything you need.
Big bathroom with bath, shower, toiletries provided was excellent.
Braaing with provided wooden stumps under lapa next to swimming pool on comfortable suntanning chairs, with view over mountain were so relaxing.
Excellent, friendly staff at reception, cleaning, working in garden, and the lovely lady making the chocolates, will never be forgotten .
The best is the history of the farm and the chapel from many moons ago.
It was so save and quiet, I loved it and will give positive review and photo's to all my friends who love stayiing on a farm. Very near to town, where we had lovely breakfasts while the testaurant us being upgraded. Lovely, relaxing place!!
