Value hotel
The front desk attendant was pleasant. The bathrooms are extremely small, to the point where you cannot sit on the toilet and close the door at the same time. The rooms were not cleaned well and our first room (before being moved to a new one) had no TV service due to the cable wire being removed. The bed was comfy. The outside noise from traffic was very evident. It was a good value hotel and not horrible, but not somewhere I would choose to stay again, unless there were limited options in Baltimore. The staff were the best asset.

I’ve been to multiple hotels in downtown Baltimore, But I will say Candlewood is THEE BEST HOTEL HANDS DOWN, Free wash/Dryer , and you have your own kitchen in your hotel room so you can cook all the food you want. I Definitely will be coming back to this Hotel again. overall I was very pleased

Great experience. Room was perfect, tidy and complete. We had a microwave, stove and fridge. Some dinner ware and all. Would go back anytime.

The floors were sticky, no trash bags in trash cans, also the noise level outside the hotel. One of the biggest issues was parking, we literally wLked pass 2 other hotels to get to the garage. You guys should have valet parking,because that was to much walking, when all you want to do is relax

I checked in at the hotel at 12:45 in the morning,the gentleman helped me with my bags and check in was easy.The hotel is located in the downtown area and homeless persons are everyplace,parking is horrible because their is no unloading spot.I will not come to the hotel again because of the large amounts of homeless and mentally disturbed persons located at and around the hotel.The hotel has a no smoking policy however guest were smoking at the property door ....Parking is horrible i should have stayed someplace else...i asked for a late checkout and that request was granted the night before.The morning i was suppose to check out staff called the room and advised me that that request was revoked...
