Wow. Not clean linens or room. No TV in room. No chair. Not even a hook to hang clothes. Disorganized check in. No way would I go to an XYO motel again. Yikes!

The hotel was obviously in a stage of refurbishment. My room was clean, but surrounding areas outside were bad. My room had heat only by a tiny space heater, which quit working five minutes after it was turned on. Worst of all was my door had no lock other than the chain lock. I moved furniture to secure the door. However, I stay at Oyo hotels as i travel and I am sure as soon as remodel is completed the hotel will meet the expected standards. The man who checked me is was very congenial, but not so much the female.

The place was filthy there was no trashcan electrical receptacle on the wall was busted and couldn’t even plug things into it the bathroom baseboards and around the toilet were disgusting dirty mold and black crap all over the shower tiles and tub

Beware of this hotel!
This hotel is horrible and run down. We drove by and chose to keep on driving and stay elsewhere. The pictures online looked different and like they had been taken years ago. There was a room that had wafer board on it that looked like the door had been kicked in. The pictures online were misleading. When we called to complain about it they would not issue a refund but we chose not to stay anyways because we have small children and would not have felt safe.

Overall, if cost is your only concern, the property is OK. Room was tidy but the lights didn't all work and the TV power was provided through a hole in the wall with an extension cord from an adjoining room. A window AC/heating unit and a small table-top portable heater seemed to indicate that the room was going to be cold. We turned both on, went to sleep, and awoke a couple hours later to a freezing room - the two units tripped a circuit breaker for the room. The onsite manager reset the breaker and was kind enough to refund the 2nd night of the room when we re-booked to another property, for which we were grateful.
