Overall, if cost is your only concern, the property is OK. Room was tidy but the lights didn't all work and the TV power was provided through a hole in the wall with an extension cord from an adjoining room. A window AC/heating unit and a small table-top portable heater seemed to indicate that the room was going to be cold. We turned both on, went to sleep, and awoke a couple hours later to a freezing room - the two units tripped a circuit breaker for the room. The onsite manager reset the breaker and was kind enough to refund the 2nd night of the room when we re-booked to another property, for which we were grateful.
