    Hotel was great, staff friendly, comfort awesome. The only issue is with your computer system, I booked 2 days with hotel.com and your system showed 2 reservations so in/out in/out which caused keys to deactivate and 2 cleaning staff to enter our room while we had Do Not Disturb. I didn't have lock on to prevent it because family was out of room. That didn't make me feel secure people waking in while i was sleeping in with a migraine. I advise them to fix the error, lists print for cleaning staff, then check off names that are showing staying for another day and don't deactivate keys, problem solved.

    Very good, nice hotel.
    The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They constantly had people clean and making sure everything was in order and clean. The breakfast was very good. Only thing is that the check in time was 5pm. That’s almost 2 hours later than other places. I was told that I would get a text when my room was ready and ninety minutes passed and I had to go in, and my room was ready. It was annoying. They did offer us the ability to use facilities like the pool and restroom.
