The staff were very pleasant and gave us bottles of water because we looked hot and tired when we arrived after walking to the hotel. The room was very nice. The hotel location is close to many great places to visit in the downtown area. I would definitely stay at the Novel Hotel again when visiting Istanbul. Thank you for a great stay.

During my vacation, I stayed at three hotels. Novel Hotel is the worst. It is located in a commercial noisy area. Staff pretend to be professional, but they are not. Breakfast is a joke with bad quality. The reception area small like an office. Finally, the price I paid is high relative to the other hotels.
