The place is OKAY, but the staff will get all rude and belligerent when you ask them to refund a transfer from the airport for which the driver never showed up. Totally ridiculous and unacceptable.

The staff are so friendly and amazing. So much passion about what to see in the surrounding area. I felt like I had a custom tailored trip just for me once I got talking with the staff. Nice collection of rooms super close to Skadarlija
Although it's not quite a hotel, but rather a collection of rooms, the service was great. Our room was nice, clean, and spacious, albeit below street level. It's super close to the restaurant scene on Skadarlija street, like 5 minutes walking. The only drawback - parking on the street is paid and you need a local cell phone (or some sort of parking card but who has the time to research where from ...)

Good price option.
While the location was great and front desk was fantastic and helpful, the room was a bit worn. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was good. Couch was stained and room needs a fresh coatof paint. If not for these 2 things, I would give it a 10.
