This hotel is in a very good location. Places of interest and places to eat/drink are all in walking distance. Breakfast was included in the room price, there was a variety of items to choose from but there were very little vegetarian/vegan options to choose from. You'd probably have to ask for specific items for certain dietary needs. As a guest you are told when the busiest times are for breakfast, during these times the hotel could provide a member of staff to manage the queues better. I found the staff at the hotel reception to be extremely helpful, polite and professional. Due to the risk of passing on Covid 19 the hotel is trying to ensure minimal contact between guests and staff. As a result of this policy anyone staying in rooms for less than 3 nights will have towels, tea and coffee etc refreshed on request only. Anyone staying in a room for longer than 3 nights will have their room fully serviced on the 3rd day. We stayed for 7 nights and our room was not serviced until the 4th day and this was at our request. The housekeeping staff we did come into contact with were all polite and courteous. We used the Belfast bus service one day during our stay. Bus tickets are a reasonable price and obtainable by an app on your phone but be careful not to activate them too early.
