Exceeded my expectations, especialky for the price. Lovely room (bigger than expected), lots of amenities, staff very friendly. We were able to store our bags and checkin slightly early which was great after ab early flight arrival. Easy to access from Osaka station (use the underground mall network). We thought an air bnb might be better value but so glad we went for a hotel!

We chose not to change our bed sheets. However, we prefer the hotel to change our used cup everyday. We used the hotel cup to drink tea or juice everyday. Therefore, if hotel staff can change our cups, we will be appreciated. Thanks

Good location, can easily get to different subway and train stations around the area via the underground passage. There is an escalator (exit 11-43) and also an elevator (exit 11-41) nearby connecting underground passage and ground level. Although it doesn’t appeal to me much, it is nice to have a public bath and sauna room. There are three elevators in the hotel and they may get crowded during peak hours, but not as worst as some reviewers have stated. The front desk staff are nice and helpful.

Lousy house keeping
The house keeping did a lousy job. Toilet didn't clean properly, still can see trash on the floor. The worst part is coffee cups never clean at all. Those left over coffee still in the cup and didn't clean, end up we have to wash and clean ourselves.
