Stay here when coming to Omaha!
Great location downtown that is close to lots of restaurants and Charles Schwab Field. Service was excellent as was the large upscale lobby and rooms. Parking onsite made it easy.

Very clean inside an out of property. At night after hours they had security walking around the property inside an out. Get food location around hotel. This will be my familys go to in downtown Omaha

The hotel was beautiful, clean and beds and pillows very comfortable. We were traveling with our dog though and they say on the website that they are dog friendly but didn’t list a pet fee. When we got there, they charged a pet fee of $50! That’s insane considering we only paid $70 for the room! The other issue was there was no grass areas around to walk the dog or potty her, and at night it wasn’t the safest location to be walking around downtown. So, I think their pet fee should be stated when you book the room and should be more reasonable and in line with other hotels. The other hotels we stayed at only held a deposit and as long as nothing was destroyed in the room, your deposit was returned. The very most we ever paid for a pet deposit has been $25, so this seemed excessive. But otherwise, the hotel and staff were wonderful!

Sleep stop in Omaha
Great modern hotel, comfy bed. Couldn’t figure out how to shut off the lights under the bed/on the headboard which woke me up in the middle of the night. Shower floor on one half looked like it needed scrubbed, but everything else was super clean. Easy parking and food around. Close proximity to highways. Overall good stay.
