Amazing cottages with the most beautiful view. Everything we needed was provided and we had a great time staying here. Hosts were easily contactable, friendly and helpful. We also saw the Northern Lights, so a great plus! Highly recommended.

Lack of communication. It doesn’t seem there is a person manage the property. She has another job during the day, hence didn’t check nor respond emails. Each time I had to dial international number to get hold of her. The property is in basic condition. The pictures on the website were total misleading. Don’t recommend it to anyone.

We loved the location of the property. Very scenic surroundings and it was nice watching the sunset and northern lights right from the porch. Very secluded area. The inside was also very modern, stylish, and clean.

The cottage design was modern and smart. Tight space, but still comfortable for four adults. Clean and the large windows allow for a spectacular view in the morning. Town is only a 5 minute drive away where you can get food, drinks and groceries. Would stay here again.

The view was stunning. Would stay here again. You are next to other cottages but it was not intrusive, we enjoyed dinner and breakfast on the deck overlooking the bay and Grundarfjordur.
