Its such a fabulous hotel n near to beach too. N getting warm greets frm all the staff of hotels n surronding locality too. I really enjoyed a lot in new place.

Overall our stay @ this place was good. Place is new and clean. But not many option for breakfast. Restaurant staff need to be more clean and professional. I won't mind to come back and stay at this place.

The worst hotel I have ever been to in my life.
When I reached the check in was no good. They said they don't have my room and told they will upgrade me and gave me a useless room. Room was dirty filled with Mosquitoes that kept biting me all night long. The receptionist and workers were the most unprofessional that I have ever seen. I had to have breakfast and they sent me to the restaurant and no one was there, there was no food, I went and asked the receptionist, he went to see and no one was there and there was no food. You will never believe the ordeal I had. There are no shops or restaurants close and I had to starve. Expedia rated this hotel as 4 star, this place is not even worth one star. It is a huge building with lots of rooms but dirty and not a place to stay. Please take this hotel out of expedia or rate them zero star.

Pathetic and worst,Sincere advise never Stay
Hotel Rajhanz Belliza , Surat : Hotel and restaurant has two different managements & skeleton staff to manage this property its pathetic and horrible ,No transportation facilities if some one has to leave early for airport.
food is horrible,breakfast worst and tasteless,service persons untrained, as if they have been picked up from streets and smelling,
I don't even know why Hotels .com has picked this fro recommendation to any guest,Never even dream of staying in this hotel,its more of a service apartment (without facilities), than hotel.
A funny system that WIFI get cut in every 30 minutes and one has to log in again to get wifi
