오래된 업소라서인지 호텔이라는말이 좀 무색하게 서비스도 거의 .. 시설도 무늬만! 조명도 중앙조명 한개뿐 이무튼 성의가 좀 없어보이는그런 느낌이었습니다

TV 소리도 안나고 드라이기도 고장 무드등도 안되고 물도 하나 안주고 모텔 보다도 못하네요. 다시는 안가고 싶습니다.

사진만큼 운영했음 참 좋았을텐데
벽지가 한쪽이 뜯어지고 방충망 나간거 몰라 창 열다 모기들어옴 위에 노천탕은 운영하지 않는데다가 주변에 숙소들이 다 문 닫아 낮에 갔더니 분위기 안좋음 산책로까지 나가야되고 중심가쪽 숙소가 더 나아보임 욕조는 그나마 깨끗해 온천 열심히 하고왔고수건 모자라서 객실전화로 전화거니 연결안되서 번호 찾아 휴대폰으로 걸었음

가족 여행, 방 깨끗, 히노키탕 조금 작음
겉에서 보는 것과는 다르게 방이 매우 깨끗합니다. 아이 두 명 추가하였는데 침구 한세트 미리 추가되어 있어서 한 세트 더 주신다고 했는데 괜찮다고 했구요. 히노키 탕이 생각보다 작습니다. 화장실에 세면대도 없구요. 히노키탕에 물을 받아 놓으면 사워하기가 좀 불편합니다.

여기 정말 가지마세요 청결상태나 서비스 너무 좋지 않습니다 이가격의 가치가 전혀없다고 생각드네요 막상 숙소에 가니 전반적으로 음침한느낌이였고. 주인분인지 어떤아주머니가 체크아웃시간 11시에 전화와서 이미 체크아웃시간 늦었으니 추가요금 지불하라고 하네요 진짜 어이없고 기분이 너무 나빠서 후기 씁니다

패밀리룸 숙박시 온천 사우나 가족탕을 이용할 수 있는 것이 좋았다. 대체적으로 만족하나 호텔스닷컴을 통해 예약한 인원의 추가 이불 세트가 제공되지 않아 두 차례 프론트에 요청을 해야했던 점이 아쉽다. 예약 인원과 비용에 맞게 정확한 서비스가 제공되어야 하는데, 파악하는 데 시간이 걸렸다. 비용을 내고도 서비스를 못 받을 뻔했다.
