The best
I stayed in istanbul in many hotels but my experiance here was the best. New very clean hotel, lovely staff, public transportation 1 min away, the restaurant staff are the best, same breakfast but still very good,

I booked a room for me and my wife. I arrived from the US two days before she did (she was in Morocco). When she arrived, the receptionist screamed at us and insisted on paying more money. They said that they charge per person, not per room. I showed them the reservation receipt (has both names), they said that they don’t care, and demanded that I pay more (hotel rate, not Expedia rate). So they wanted 20 Euros more for her per night. When I asked to wait until the morning so I can speak to the property manager, they refused, and called me Liar!!!!! They lock the rooms every night, so they can force you to go to the reception to reactivate the key, and find any reason to rip you off!!! They are thieves and money hungry , stay away!!

This is a new hotel. Everything is new. The location was good for us because we had business nearby. The metro bus station is right in front of the hotel. That is very convenient. Unfortunately the restaurant was not open for 24 hour room service as advertised, but the restaurant did order a pizza for us from a nearby restaurant.
