    There wasn't any elevators, mini fridge, or microwave. The comforter that was put on the bed had a blood stain and a cigarette burn and when we called the office for a replacement they said we'd get a new one in the morning so we had to go buy our own blanket at a local store. Nice bathroom though

    Checked in at the counter, got my key assigned to Rm 312 but did not go to the room. Instead I rushed to work because I was there to work. I was forced to do a double. Finally got back to the room at 8 am the next morning. Went to Rm 312, found out it was assigned to another lady who yelled at me for trying to force myself into her room. The person at the front desk finally assigned me to another room someone just vacated. And they will not even grant me 2 hours extension and wanted me to pay for another day if I wished to stay another few hours

    When I checked in I was asked if the ID I handed the receptionist was me. I said yes and then was asked in confusion where the 2nd adult I had booked for was and I pointed to my friend standing behind me. I was then asked again where is the 2nd adult that I had booked for was and again I pointed to my friend. Once I was given the card I went to my room to realize I can't connect to the wifi. I called and was told to come back down for the paperwork I needed to use the wifi and then I went back up to the room. I then realized their was only 1 wash cloth and 1 towel for both me and my friend in a room with 2 queen size beds. I called back down and was told that they would be given to us at 8am when 1 of their associates got there. We woke up and at 8am nobody showed up so I called and was told we would get them shortly. 15 minutes passed and I called again and was told they were in the dryer. 15 more minutes and I called again upset at this point and was told again that they would be up shortly. Finally the associate showed up with her phone speaking to me in English saying she needed the towel and wash cloth already in our room. I proceeded to hand her the towel and wash cloth and she handed me the new ones and started speaking to me in Spanish. As I didn't know Spanish I had to grab my friend who was still in his pj's for him to translate for me. She told me in Spanish are you staying for just 1 day? and then proceeded to tell me to make sure you check out at 11am.
