Tokyo trip
The staff were very friendly and the hotel was well located. The 8 person room comfortably slept 4 people with two queen beds. However, the single wall air conditioning unit was not powerful enough to cool the room. The solution was to simply provide a standing fan, which was not sufficient to adequately cool the sleeping area. Furthermore, we were only given 2 hotel keys (one of which was required to power the room) even though we had 3 people and were told there would be a 30,000 yen charge if we lost the hotel key.

Don’t stay anywhere else with a large family

Big and spacious room with great location
The service was good. Room is spacious for a japanese hotel. However the toilet smell of urine from first day till last day. And the aircon is too noisy. Bed is too hard for me though my husband said is ok. Other than that, the location is fantastic. Near to train Station - Akasaka Mitsuke Station. Very convenient to travel to all areas in tokyo. The area has lotsa pubs and restaurants around. Could be quite noisy at night as we are on the 4th floor and directly above the pub. But we are too tired and most of the time slept very late so is ok for us. The toilet amenities was great and was replenished everyday. Room has a washing machine and a microwave and also a hair curler! very good indeed! I like most of this hotel is the spacious room and location. The concierge staff are all very friendly and helpful too with excellent command of english =)
