Exceptional room, condescending service
We liked many things about this hotel. The cleaning folks were very nice, and the room was exceptional. The thing that stood out to me most was the service from the hotel front-desk, restaurants, and spa. I found them to be very condescending. It really made us feel like we did not feel welcome. While acknowledging this is a very nice place to stay, the staff can definitely use some customer-service lessons. It doesn’t matter how nice a hotel is (we’ve stayed in nicer ones), there is no excuse for receptionists to be rude/ or make someone feel uncomfortable, especially when staying at a hotel of this prestige.

As good as we had hoped
Really enjoyed our stay. Good location and facilities - the pool area and bedrooms are excellent, there is a fantastic gym with a beautiful view, and the restaurants we tried were great. Beyond this, we were really impressed with the service - the friendly and welcoming team went out of their way to make sure we were happy. From Ather Ali, who cleaned our room each day, to all of the restaurant, pool and front desk teams. Would definitely stay here again.
