Hotel Xcaret Mexico - All Parks and Tours / All Fun Inclusive

Hotel was provide evidence of my positive COVID-19 test on DEC 14th, and still has refused to refund or voucher my stay scheduled for DEC 20th. Apparently they want positive COVID carriers infecting their patrons and staff.

Magic place with a very excellent service

It was my first time in this hotel I was very happy to stay in this place I stay 2 nights. I spend 2 hours doing the check in they offered a special breakfast the next day I went the next day and they tried to sell me I membership I spend 4 hours in this meeting. The guy how was selling the membership was a good guy but we spend almost 6 hours total. I know that is part of the business offer the membership but the customer first need to enjoy the hotel and in the end offer the membership. The hotel is a nice place the restaurants some are good others regulars

The food and staff was amazing. The hotel was clean and beautiful. I would definitely come back. The only downside was that our room wasn’t ready at check in. We did not get the bed that was requested. The concierge explanation took a really long time and we were starving after a very long flight. I signed up for the 90 min talk the following morning. It was way longer than 90 minutes and the man continued to ask very intrusive financial questions. When I was about to cry, they finally “released” me to enjoy the rest of my vacation. If the presentation had been quicker and the pricing to become a member more upfront and less like a fast talking used car salesman, I probably would have purchased the membership. This is the nicest all inclusive I’ve been to. We loved the parks except for Xel-ha. The main issue with the water park was that over 1/2 of the activities are an additional charge and when you arrive by 10 am you are stuck there until the bus comes back at 5:30. It was more of a 1/2 day activity. Definitely book your dinner reservations early. Overall it was a great vacation.

Nice Hotel, great service, clean, Giovanny from el mercado is excellent. I will focused more on forcing distance on guess.

The Hotel is incredible!!! They picked us up at the airport and it was included. As soon as you get to Hotel Xcaret, it explores your five senses with an amazing view, delicious tiny popsicles, refreshing small wet towels, a unique scent (the hotel always smells like Maracuya), and beautiful music in the lobby! They welcomed us "home" early for our first day ("welcome home" is their greeting), and for our last day they allowed us to stay there until it was time to go to the airport (0730 pm), and their bus took us there for no extra pay. Everybody was so nice and helpful all the time. And just remembering the food!!! I think I gained weight because I couldn't stop eating marquesitas!!! For breakfast, the restaurant BIO has a delicious avocado toast to compliment with a very spicy habanero salsa. For lunch we just loved the Trajinera with an amazing buffet with great variety of high quality sea food dishes. Also, we could not stop eating the cochinita pibil taquitos with spicy salsa (I'm mexican, I eat spicy). These taquitos were located outside the Mercado de la Merced restaurant, and this restaurant happens to look like a real mercado. And for dinner, I would recommend the restaurant Las Cuevas, which is like a Brazilian style steakhouse, and the settings are real Caves!! Beautiful, romantic and delicious!! Wait, best part of the hotel: ALL XCARET PARKS ARE INCLUDED!! We can't wait to go back!!!
