The location is perfect. Situated in a side street 10 mins from Pile Gate in the Old Town, it is really easy to locate and very quiet. The room is a good size and the views out of the windows are lovely. The shower could do with a bit of an update and fixing some faulty lights in the main room but apart from this, I was happy with our stay.

Hot but happy in Old Town Dubrovnik
Cute little room in Old Town Dubrovnik. This area is know for stairs and being pricey. Luckily not too many stairs to climb to get to this room, which was nice as you will climb many stairs throughout Old Town. The room was as shown in the picture. Had two minor complaints about the room. First, the right side of the bed as shown in picture had the slats collapse when my husband first sat on the bed. He managed to reorganize them and they were find for the rest of the stay. He thought a slat was missing. The shower curtain was very flimsy,as was the shower rod. Rod fell down once and the curtain did nothing to keep water in the shower and a slighly heavier one would make a difference. Laura, the host, was fabulous. Very helpful in giving information on best value sights to visit and restaurants to choose. All her suggestions were great! and we checked all of them out.

Great location. Very central. Confused re access as no one to call. Basic room. Sheets clean but blankets hadn’t been washed for a while. Shower not clean enough and plug kept blocking. Small 3rd bed broken. Towels smelt. Coffee sugar just thrown together. Shame really because with a little more effort on cleanliness and comfort it would be just enough for a short stay in a wonderful place. Lovely quiet location too.

Right in middle of it all!
Tucked away in the middle of the old city, this was a great stay! Maybe not the best for anyone who has trouble climbing a lot of stairs though.

A good place to stay
A very clean bright and cheerful apartment with a small fridge. The alley is fairly steep with quite a number of steps, and then more into the building, but the apartment is situated in one of the quieter sections of the Old Town which can be very crowded and noisy. It is extremely convenient for restaurants and all the main sights. Check-out time was 10 a.m. but we were able to leave our luggage which was very helpful. We also appreciated the phone call saying they had found our car keys and would keep them safe until we returned later in the day.
