Great overall stay
The place was fab location excellent and really comfortable only small Minor issues freezer needs defrosting, no hand soap anywhere and in en-suite bedroom no blind on a huge skylight so u would need eye masks.

What a fantastic place for my English family to stay in while visiting my brother n law. Wish we had booked more time - Simon couldn't have been nicer my only comment would be some instruction for shower use different than America and I couldn't figure out

Excellent location, great space and good comms
Excellent location, facility and privacy. Communication fantastic with very clear self-check in instructions and quick response to queries. Free parking in a private courtyard. There is some noise from seagulls, which could add to the "holiday" experience for some, but might require earplugs for others! Also the blinds were broken in both lounge and bedroom so hard to achieve a dark room for sleeping. However, would recommend this as a great base for an exeter trip.

Excellent apartment and great contact with owners
Excellent apartment with good contract with owners. Clean and excellent position to the town. More than happy to come back again and again as our daughter works down this way and have been looking for a regular place to stay when we come down.

Great nights stay. Free parking on site and an incredibly spacious and well kept apartment in a brilliant central location. It was actually a lot better than I was expecting and the pictures don't really do it justice.

I had an emailed confirmation of the booking and a text to download the app but had to phone to get directions for key collection and was told by the manager that he’d tried to contact me via email and text and both had been bounced back. We thought we were going to a luxury apartment but found it was sparsely equipped. There was still the previous occupant’s pants in the washer/dryer, one teaspoon in the drawer, no tea towels or kitchen paper, only a couple of sheets of toilet tissue left on the roll with no spare roll, no cafetière or any sort of welcome pack. All very disappointing as the decor and furniture was nicely done.
