Without doubt the worst hotel experience of my life. The management of this place is diabolicol and customer service the most atrocious I have ever experienced. The rooms themselves are of poor quality The mattress and bedding should have been binned years ago. The staff all bar one seem to be interested in making tips. The worst point though was at the end. Having checked out of the hotel and in line for the check in at the airport, one of the hotel staff claimed I hadn't paid (Yes he approached me there). I showed the emailed hotels.com receipt but he spent 20 mins embarrassing me and insisted I pay 30 usd (the actual room cost which had been paid was 20 usd). The intimidating and accusatory nature of the hotel staff was awful and I was very close to paying him to end the nightmare. Despite me asking him to check but him insisting I provide my passport, I ended up phoning hotels.com and they confirmed I had paid and would call the hotel direct. eventually the hotel accepted they were wrong but no apology was proactively forthcoming. I can imagine their strong arm tactics and requests for passports mean others might relent. Avoid.

I was there In October for 1 day. They up-charged me $25 for having 1 extra person. I showed them website charging $5 for the extra person. But, they made me pay $25. Room was okay, but very disappointed with the bathroom. It was gross with stain all over the bathtub and yeah, free cockroaches. Things to add, onside restaurant was a plus and good food. Will never comeback again.

The bed was comfortable and clean. Everything else about the hotel was rather bazaar. It was a poorly modified, very Old space. Hotel's "Free Airport shuttle" was only one way. I had to pay for taxi back to the airport in the morning. Breakfast was OK but lacked Western options and was served very late for a "airport Hotel". In most places in Asia this would be a $15/night hotel. I would recommend spending a few dollars more and take a modern hotel that is truly set up for Airport overnight layover accommodation!

Hotel did provide free pick up but we were make to wait for more then an hour. Pick up by a bus. Room was simple without toiletries. Breakfast was bread and egg.

The best thing about Nagar Valley is it’s got a supportive staff, everyone is always ready to held throughout the day 24 hours. One more adding this is their food. I love their biriyani and fried rice.

帰国便が欠航になり1日滞在を伸ばさなければならなくなったので空港に近いこのホテルを選びました。宿泊費に比べてとてもいい部屋でした。部屋も広くベッドも大きくTVも大きいのがついていました。 ネットも良くつながり便利でした。 スタッフにウェブ上にある私のEチケットの印刷をお願いしたところ、無料で印刷してくれました。スタッフの親切に感謝しています。 朝食もビュッフェ形式でおいしい方でした。 クーラーがやや旧式でしたが、効きすぎなほど冷房はきいていました。 空港からも十分徒歩圏でした。 急な滞在でしたが満足できる滞在でした。
