    Not enough sleeping space

    Room was not as described on website and didn't have adequate sleeping for my family. It was supposed to sleep 5 but only slept 4. We tried changing rooms but nothing they jad slept 5. :(

    Not the room reserved.

    I was disappointed cause what I had reserved was a suite with a private bedroom but when we got there supposedly all those type of rooms were already leased and they gave me a regular room. I had stayed there several times in the past and nothing like that had happened, they are pretty good at reserving the rooms but I guess it was a new guy that just didn't cared and was leasing as a first come first served.

    Quiet and convenient

    This was a nice quiet hotel with easy access to the freeway. There was trash in the bathroom trashcan and a dirty sock in the closet when we checked in but other than that, everything was clean.

    Our stay was very pleasant & was a family trip. The clerk made sure we had a roll away & brought it to us personally. She was very friendly. The room was clean & our only complaint was the squeaky bathroom door in the middle of the night.

    Yearly summer Buda trip

    The room was not cleaned very well. There was hair all over the top of the comforter , a used bar of soap in the shower and dirt and hair on the bathroom floor. The manager was about the most unfriendly person and did not feel welcome. I will definitely not be back to this hotel ever.
