My husband and I were amazed by the breakfast included in our reasonable nightly room charge. The bountiful array of freshly prepared foods offered buffet style included a half-dozen foods of Thai origin, a half-dozen foods of Middle Eastern origin, and a half-dozen foods familiar to Americans or Western Europeans. Some of these changed day to day. We could choose among maybe 10 types of fresh breads and rolls, plus many types of cheeses, fresh fruits and vegetables. Various juices, teas and coffees were available. My husband, who has traveled extensively on business, declares that it was the best breakfast buffet he has ever seen.

This is not a 4 star hotel. We did not like it at all. This is why: - the service was too slow; - the towels were not white; - the whole place smelled like a cheap perfume salon; - the hotel is located too far from all tourist attractions. The personal was very friendly though. We will not stay there again.

Very modern, super friendly staff, spacious rooms. Good parking at front of hotel. A bit inconvenient to get around Muscat as it is far away from the old part of town. Having a car is essential. The area around the hotel is a tad under developed but that is not an issue. All in all would happily stay at this hotel again.
