Amazing room
Outstandingly beautiful room, especially loved the jacuzzi bath. The room was huge and great to have a mini kitchen included. The down sides was the poor WiFi, tv and in room speakers. The night staff also were quite unprofessional and unapproachable, most nights they stoof on front desk playing rap music and laughing at guests. The room made up for this though. I wouldn't pay bfast it was pretty lackluster. The decor and setting of the hotel was really however. I did try to ring the hotel a few times with accessibility questions before the stay and could never get through.

Parking was straightforward using parkphone app. Friendly check inn. Disappointed roof top not open. Good location close to Liverpool one and matthew street. Highlight having double jacuzzi which we used twice.

Almost perfect
Very fancy and great value for money. Handy location in the city centre. Room was spacious and clean and the beds were huge. The jacuzzi bath in the room was also amazing *however* it was quite noisy when being filled (we got woken up at 3am by the same awful noise in the pipes when the room beside us used theirs after a night out, which was pretty annoying). There are some interesting design choices including a fish-eye mirror in the bathroom that I didn’t really understand but it’s mostly perfect otherwise.
