No one was at the reception desk at the offsite office during their posted hours. Room was amazing, very spacious, had everything one would need!

A real nightmare!!!!
It was a nightmare. We just could not check in. Nobody ever answered the phone at the number in the webpage and at the “supposed” check in site in Dubrovnik there was nobody. We tried from 4pm to 8pm to contact somebody at the desk and it was always closed. We called at least 12 times and nobody answered. At the end we had to book a new room at another place and at a higher cost. Very bad service. Also we are trying to get our money back but nobody has so far answered our emails. Could you please return the money? We lost a lot of time and we expect not to lose also our money. Please I would appreciate an answer to this complaint and to the email I sent directly to Hotels.com

Overpriced
Poor communication leading into what was a helpful check in, the apartment smelled like smoke upon arrival and was awfully cramped despite being a ‘superior suite’. It’s at the top of the old town so be prepared to walk up many many stairs with your luggage. Apartment was musty throughout which meant our towels (we got 1 set for 2 nights) didn’t dry, ever. While a decent apartment, it was twice the price of another, nicer, apartment we stayed in.

Very nice place - we enjoyed it a lot. We had a very difficult time figuring out how to get access. The details say 3:00pm but the office is "closed" at that time. It was also closed when we tried it earlier and it was supposedly "open". They emailed the check-in instructions to us for super easy access but not until we asked for them and with a 30+ minute delay. I feel like instructions should just be automatically sent at 3:00pm if everything is electronic and the office isn't open. Make arrangements prior!!

Check in process is poor. Staff sends you an email with office hours that dont match expedia. The email also requires a reply but they could simply send you the room location and entry code rather than the back and forth.

Extremely clean, great location
We stayed in 2 different apartments due to availability. They were both immaculate and in great locations. One of the staff helped us move which was truly appreciated. We were extremely happy for the most part. The only negative comment I have is that they have numerous apartments in various locations so the address on the website and confirmation did not reflect the actual address of the apartments. This would have been helpful to know. Otherwise, we would definitely stay at any of their locations again.

Perfect Location - Inside the Walls
I loved this apartment. My apartment was a Superior apartment inside the Walls, and I could not happier. Despite being steps from everything, I could not hear a thing. Inside the apartment, it is bright, with four large windows. The apartment is not too big nor too small, it was perfect, I felt at home. Also, the kitchen is fully equip in case you want to cook, as for me, I was happy enjoying the local dinning as it not too expensive. I love the restaurant that is next to the apartment as you go down the stairs/steps. The lasagne was to die for. I highly recommend you buy the Dubronick Card because you will save a lot of money. I purchased mine for 24 hours, at 9:00 am and it was good till the next day at 6:00 pm. Good value. I also recommend the a Day Trip to Montenegro, its worth your money. If you decide to walk the Walls, go early as it gets pretty hot in the afternoon and it gets too busy. Have good walking shoes, I feel sad when I see those poor souls walking with flip flops in such heat and cobble stones.

We had a problem with leaking water. We used all our towels to clean the mess and asked for new towels in the morning and didn’t get any all day. That night we had no hot water. They did nothing. The next day, housekeeping came and confirmed the leak and got the hot water working. We moved Rooms for the last night. They ignored the fact we could not shower the day before and had no towels and they had lots of time to come. They gave us no reimbursement or did nothing for us. I would not recommend this place. Actually I would strongly say to stay away. They don’t know what customer service is. Beware. There are many options.

Apartment was clean and nicely decorated, and location was fantastic in heart of old town. There were lots of stairs to climb up to it however. Staff especially Vicko was excellent and looked after us.
