Hotel well positioned, clean and comfortable However, the service is very poor. My cards were not working in the Philippines and the staff were putting a lot of pressure on my despite the reservation was done by my company. They were still telling me that I have to pay. the Agreed to give me the room for only day and I needed to pay the rest following day else they will not allow me. I tried to explain to them that the company will sort it out the following Monday but did not accept. I had to contact my family back to make the payment online outside Philippines. in addition, they don't allow adding Dinner in the hotel to the room, you have to pay cash. This is very strange for me as they could have accepted to add to the bill and you pay all at once. Finally, i had a late checkout which i paid for by the way. on the day, i came early to get my bills printed so that I will not be waiting too much when leaving, the counter just disconnected my keys despite it was not the time for me to leave, so i had to go back to the room and spent another 15 min to get the keys activated so i can go and pick my bags. I was however so happy with the drivers both in and out, they were so professional, asking about my stay, how I see Philippines, etc...

Nice Lobby but so so on the floors and room.
Staff has the trademark of Filipino hospitality and kindness. King bed is comfortable and comforter was warm and cozy. AC working properly. If you’re looking for bidet, there’s nothing in her. Amenities like soap, are on the cheap side. No safe on the rooms if you have any valuables, I ended up just storing my valuables on my luggage with lock. Sorrounding the hotel premises are informal dwellers and there’s construction outside for a new building but you won’t hear it inside the room

It was an OK property . So much room for improvement. Buffet breakfast was always a chaos - not for someone who wants peace and quiet. Free Parking was a major plus. No real good view so better off using the block off curtains all the time. OK rooms - big space to move around.
