Ok hotel. Not great.
The hotel is ok - nice rooms and infrastructures. The reception staff is not nice at all, the hotel is divided to two parts (one part is almost completely deserted. which is not great) and the pool area is a bit simple (one rounded pool).

Overall stay was really good. Staff were friendly and attentive. Strains and effects from covid however can be seen on the property. Hopefully as the world recovers, Sala can recover together as well. Looking forward to revisit in the future if I come back to koh Samui again.

Pleasant stay
The hotel is really nice and instagramable ! Breakfast has a wide range of varieties and tastes good! The room is very spacious and clean. The pool inside the room is nice as well. Yet, the air conditioning is a bit weak given that the room is so big ! We like to location of SALA as it is close to the main street and you are able to walk to other places and restaurants as many of the resort hotels are not easily accessible. Hotel staff gave good restaurant recommendations too !
