Very Nice!
I love this hotel! The staff are nice and accommodating. New Coast is a breathe of fresh air away from the seemingly busy and chaotic streets near the white beach (currently undergoing renovations for road widening). I love that they offer free activities to their guests such as the zumba, biking, aqua aerobics and kayaking in cove 2 which we happily attended. My only complaint is the foul odor in the restroom (problem with the drainage I guess?) The Hotel needs to address this. Thank you Savoy hotel. Me and my husband enjoyed our stay ♥️

Lovely resort for a relaxing time
An amazing place to stay if you just want to mainly be around the resort. Lovely swimming pool, restaurant, bar, good breakfast buffet, nice clean rooms. A shuttle is available to take you to White Beach and to the local Savoy Beach (which is less populated). Meals, drinks and services like massage are more expensive that out of the resort.

Lovely hotel and Best staff ever
I had a great stay! The savoy was exactly what I was looking for. Secluded (but worth easy complimentary transfers to the main town) modern, great facilities, room service (highly recommend the chocolate saboyan cake!) and a private beach! Staff were amazing and so accommodating. Special thanks to Ms Czarie in front of house. She was amazing help when the airport transfer that I had arranged (independently) turned out to be unreliable. She went above and beyond to calm me down in my panic and helped me when she didn’t have to.

Good stay but only once
Our initial room was very unpleasant. Thankfully, the duty manager Robbie changed it. The hotel is almost 95% Chinese tourists. Feels a bit crowded including the pool. Saw some spitting in pool. I did not think the younger kids were using swimming diapers. So the hygiene is a concern for me despite all effort to clean it daily. The beach is good and empty at most times if you want some peace and quiet. Breakfast is ok and clean. Fruits are all excellent. Great service from Izene. A smaller area for the balance 5% as I believe the food choice in this section is catered to a more international choice. There is shuttle to city but the queue for it starts at least half an hour before. For return from the city, the queue in the evening forms an hour before. The queue time and travel time makes a city commute to be about 2.5hours per round trip hence a significant waste of time. For that reason only, I will not stay here again. As usual all wonderful staffs with true Philippines hospitality.

Savoy over Xmas holiday
The good: internet service, water pressure, food options, pool design (family and adult friendly), clean (room, spa and overall hotel) The bad: i was awakened at 10:50pm by a staff to sign a restaurant bill the day before checkout... really! I was pissed. Shuttle service could use some improvement considering that guests rely heavily on it to access the restaurant/shopping areas. Checking in and out was quite chaotic: guests cut you off in line and give you no privacy as they ll wait at the counter right next to you. I had to tell people to wait for their turn in line because the staff at the front desk wouldn’t say anything.
